New version of GridBuilder

I pushed a new version of the YUI GridBuilder recently. It includes a fix for the Chrome 25 inline-block issue, and pulls in Grids as of YUI 3.9.0. The app also looks prettier, and has unit test coverage. Check it out and try using it for your next project..
